Dr. Jennifer Barnhard is the founder of Starfleet Service Dogs, Inc., a nonprofit organization dedicated to training service and working dogs, and Tactical Veterinary Solutions, LLC, where she provides specialized concierge veterinary care for government-owned animals. With extensive experience in animal behavior and cooperative care, Dr. Barnhard is committed to fostering positive, low-stress environments for animals.
